Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Ram Maison, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, our cancellation and refund policy is here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer care team at team@rammaison.com.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund policy below.

2. Return & Refund Policy

ligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts are non-refundable.
  • Customized or altered belts are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Contact our customer care at team@rammaison.com with your order number and reason for return.

  1. Our team will guide you on packaging and shipping the item back.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will approve or reject your refund.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective belt, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
