RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Ram Maison, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy return and replacement options.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
  • Customized or altered belts.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

3. Return/Replacement Process

  1. Contact Us – Email or WhatsApp our customer care at [Your Email/Phone] with your order number and reason for return/replacement.
  2. Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship Back the Product – Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address.
  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it.
  • If approved for replacement, we will dispatch the new product within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved for return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item. We will replace the product at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item sent, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
