1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we offer COD for select pin codes across India. It comes with a small ₹30 handling fee.

3. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders over ₹499. For orders below that, a small ₹49 fee applies.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email and SMS you a tracking link. You can use that to check your order’s live status.

5. Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

We only accept returns for unused products in original packaging within 7 days. Items used or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

6. What if I received the wrong or broken item?

No worries — just send us a photo or video at support@tekiffy.com within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
