- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will apply.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner name
- Tracking link to check your delivery status
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier companies such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact our support team.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos/videos of the package before opening.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
